Shivani Anushree is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shivema Medicals. Shivema Medicals was founded in 2011, and has over 20 years of experience in the equipment sales and rental field - including FMA Financial Services and Medirec.

Shivani believes that the equipment sales and finance business is the most dynamic and diverse business in the world. She has always enjoyed the challenge of structuring a transaction in a way that would secure the investment for those providing the funds, while at the same time accommodating the needs of the customer. Focusing on medical equipment and specifically our customer base of acute care hospitals has allowed us to become a truly unique company that actually serves the needs of its customers. In June 2015 Shivani and her Partner/Husband Late Mr. Emil (Of blessed Memory) were honored as winners of the Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for in the Healthcare Services Division.

Robb Steven began his career at Shivema in January 2016 as part of the sales group and was appointed as Director of Equipment in 2018. He appreciates the opportunity to provide hospitals with solutions that allow them to acquire much-needed equipment. As part of Steven's responsibilities, he develops new relationships with medical device companies looking for ways to increase their sales through creative financing options.
